Our Fees
We get it. Traditional legal services are expensive and impossible to budget for. This is yet another reason why Alternative Dispute Resolution ("ADR") is so attractive - you can decide how many sessions to commit to, knowing ahead of time how much each session will cost.

We know the last thing you need right now is yet another unknown - how much will this cost? - so we have structured our mediation services on a flat fee basis for ease of planning. There is no hefty retainer, you pay as you go. We also have low hourly rates for work as child's counsel because cost should not be the reason preventing children from being a part of the solution.

Initial Consultation for Family Law Services
An information session for us to find out more about your unique situation, so we can arm you with information and provide you with options and strategies on how to move forward. Think of this as a mini family law boot camp tailored just for you and your concerns.
$350 per hour
Traditional Legal Services
Interested in retaining us to act on your divorce, separation or other family law matters? Our lawyers have various areas of expertise at different hourly rates to suit your budget and needs. Contact us for a quote.

Mediation Services
We offer Half-Day (3 hour) sessions for those with less complicated matters or those who want to try out mediation and Full Day (8 hours including a one hour break) sessions for those who are ready to get down to work or have lots to discuss. A brief mediation report will be provided shortly following the mediation session. Book as many or as few sessions as you need to achieve a resolution.
$900 for a Half Day, $2,100 for a Full Day.
Deposit of $200 on booking.
Children's Counsel /Meeting with Children
We love working with children. So much, that we offer discounted hourly rates to represent them in court or in an ADR proceeding. We also accept Legal Aid Certificates for work as counsel for chidren.
