Lainie has been specializing in family law matters for over a decade.  She has appeared and argued in both the Provincial Court and the Court of Queen's Bench. She has also represented clients in mediations and arbitrations, as well as before tribunals and boards.

Lainie also has experience in employment, immigration, personal injury, small claims, civil litigation, foreclosure, wills and real estate law.  Lainie believes her diverse background has given her added tools to service an array of problems on any file.

Lainie limits the number of clients she has at any given time to ensure she gives each file due consideration and proper service. She makes it a goal to respond to communication within 24 hours, barring unusual circumstances.  As counsel, Lainie's goal is to obtain practical, client-focused and efficient results. Lainie strives to minimize unnecessary conflicts and stress for her clients and achieves this by finding efficient and cost-effective ways to get results for her clients. She takes pride in keeping clients informed about the progress of their file, ensuring they understand their legal rights and finding a solution best suited for each individual.
